Our Firm

At Hennington and Associates our business is to implement and manage workforce diversity initiatives.  Our goal is to eliminate attitudes, opinions and beliefs that that negatively reflect the values of a multi-ethnic workforce.  We recognize that managing diversity in the work-place is commonly overlooked as an integral factor in a business’s success.  When the idea of diversity training is addressed, it is common for employers to find that it requires much more effort than anticipated.  Hennington and Associates is aware of the challenges that employers face and we help employers alleviate their concerns by empowering executives, managers and employee’s with the personal tools necessary to adapt to and embrace an ever changing multi-ethnic workforce.

This includes working with minority groups, such as people of color, women, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, and people who are different by ability, age, religion or ethnicity. We empower employee’s to embrace their individualism by provide ongoing organization consultation and design educational training programs that meet the specific needs of each clients. Our objective is to raise the individual and group level awareness within the company, as well as implement systemic change aimed at enhancing organizational productivity and achieving fairness and equity for all employees.

We consult on the hiring and promoting of people who have traditionally been denied equal opportunity. Our consultation helps to improve the equality of policies and procedures being implemented. Our ultimate goal is to train clients to be self-sufficient with these programs in the future, and to closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of efforts.
